Quiet hotel with clean and updated rooms. Great, favourable location in Palmyra close to stores and restaurants. Close to attractions like Hershey Park.

Everything was modern, favourable location next to Penn National Race Track and Casino and shops that are walkable distance and restaurants, pleasant staff. The room was clean and updated with 2 double beds, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

The units are clean with 3 beds.

The king room I stayed in was outstanding with comfortable king beds. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect, very close to Palmyra Village Park.

Was easy to find.

The motel was old, but that was to be expected. The beds squeaked and sleeping on them was difficult. The motel was clean enough, but they did not provide enough towels. The towels that were provided were threadbare and did not really do a good job. There was no extra towels provided, so using the pool became an issue. We ended up going out and purchasing extra towels for ourselves. There was a slight musty odor in the room, but I kind of expected that from the age of the motel. In a pinch, I would use this place again, but I will make sure I'm not in a pinch when I travel to Hershey again. Parking was also a nightmare.

Booked a king room with central heating, a multi-channel television, and a microwave. the location is perfect for exploring Palmyra; near restaurants, shopping areas, and Penn National Race Track and Casino.

We checked in and I was not happy with the place. It smelled and there were flys in the room. We left for Hershey Park when we came back we picked up our things from the room,dropped the keys off and left. I could not sleep there, we went to another hotel. We paid for the room but never used it lost our money but was worth it not to stay there.

Friendly and helpful staff – they were really kind. The room was top-notch, super cozy, and the beds were next-level comfy. 🛌

Dingy room, Dingy towels and water went from scalding hot to freezing four times in one shower!

The staff here are so friendly and nice, they really go above and beyond what is expected. 😊

Hotel was clean and the pool was nice.

I was unable to use Amex even though it was excepted. I was told the machine sometimes did not work,but had no problem using another card. The television was a nice 42 inch flat screen,but the cable did not work.

I paid for a king bed, got 2 double beds. Im one person, I did not need 2 beds. The woman had an attitude with me like I did something wrong when she told me she did not have a king available. The knob for shower temp did not work properly. Went to get proper temp but the water was scorching hot and was not easy to adjust, burned myself couple times. The next morning, before checkout time, the maid tried to just open door and walk in without knocking first. Luckily, I happened to be standing right by door getting undressed for shower so I pushed the door closed on her.
